PARKING

There is an underground lot below the Pacific Renaissance Plaza. There are two entrances to the parking lot; one located on Franklin & the other on Webster. Parking is $1 per 20 minutes. Max daily rate is $36. We do not validate for parking. To get to our suite, take the elevator to the 2nd floor. OACC is the first suite on the left when you leave the elevator.

Another parking lot is Franklin 88 Parking Garage on Franklin Street between 9th and 10th Street (located across the street from Pacific Renaissance Plaza). They have a flat fee of $6.00 in the evenings and all day on the weekends.

Metered street parking around the Plaza is $2.00 per hour (8am-6pm) and FREE on Sundays.

To get to our suite, take the elevator in the plaza to the 2nd floor. OACC is the first suite on the left when you leave the elevator.

We are located directly above the Asian Branch Library.

From BART

The closest BART station is 12th Street Station at Broadway in Oakland. Walk south on Broadway to 11th Street and turn left. Continue on 11th Street and turn right on Franklin to enter the Pacific Renaissance Plaza.

From the Lake Merritt BART Station. Exit at the 9th Street exit and walk west on 9th Street for 5 blocks to the Pacific Renaissance Plaza.

COVID Policy

Masks are encouraged and appreciated while inside the OACC facility. Vaccinations or negative COVID tests will not need to be presented. Masks will be provided upon request at the front desk. OACC provides HEPA filter air purifiers and MERV 13 HVAC systems to help reduce airborne contaminants, including viruses and allergens.
