About OBC in the Schools

These on-site, educational assemblies are 45 minutes in length and include:

– 20 minute, narrated performance;
– A lesson on how dancers train as athletes and artists, stay physically fit, and follow proper nutrition;
– Dance history lesson;
– A choreography workshop;
– Q&A session providing students the opportunity to interact with the artists; and
– Educational study guides and lesson plans that align with CA Common Core standards.
